70th Birthday Celebration Pavlova
'My mums 70th birthday was approaching and I wanted to do something extra special for her. Her favourite dessert is pavlova and couldn't find any bakery to make one in the shape of "70". Enter Patrick, the super hero of desserts. Not only did he make her pavlova, he made it extra special with her favourite colour and big enough to feed my hungry crew! We also asked him to make a pavlova in the shape of a Christmas Tree, again nothing was too much to ask for! Could not recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed!'

'Patrick did my wee girls 1st birthday cake and it was a complete show stopper, absolutely beautiful cake, his attention to detail is incredible and tastes delicious. I am now waiting for my 4th cake and it won't be the last.'
